Is it safe to use my credit card?

Placing an order online on our site is just as safe, if not safer, than giving your credit card number over the phone. Your personal information and credit card details are transmitted using 128-bit encryption with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. This is the industry standard for secure online transactions.

When you enter the part of the site that accepts your credit card information, you will be switched to a secure site and a lock icon will appear on the bottom of your web browser. You can learn more about SSL at www.SSL.com.

 

• How do I check my order status?

You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail that will include a link to view shipment tracking information. Please keep this e-mail on hand, until receipt of your order, as the link will refresh shipment information.

 

• Can I ship items to multiple addresses?

At this time, we can only ship each order to a single address.

 

• What if the item I want is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, you may not be able to order the product.

 

•How do I find my password?

Click 'sign in'. Afterwards, click the 'forgot password' link under the 'password' box and enter your username. Your password will be sent to the e-mail address with which you registered when you originally signed up for your account.

Payment Options:

• We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard & Visa
Net 30 terms are also accepted upon approved credit. Allow 4 weeks for approval.
• We accept prepaid orders.

• No tax is charged on your order.

 

Shipping:

• In most cases, orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt of the order unless a ship date is specified by the customer.

 

Returns:

• Prior authorization must be received from us or returned merchandise will be refused. Please call 1-800-725-4807 for a return authorization number.
• A credit memo will be issued for returned merchandise. No cash refunds.

• A 30% restocking fee will be charged on any merchandise returned due to error on the part of the customer.
• Claims for defective merchandise, shortage, or merchandise damaged in transit must be made within 10 days of receipt of order.
• Claims for merchandise lost in transit must be made with us and we will issue a tracer through the carrier.

• Minimum opening order amount is $100.00.
• Reorder amounts are $75.00.
